I purchased 2 bags, worth almost $1000. 00, online. One was super big, and I asked to return it. But since 2 minute clear 'zipties' had been removed, in order to get the 2 bags attached inside, and it was the only way to even see them, or remove from the bags. I tried doing online chat, but they literally kept asking me questions and ending the chat without answering my questions, other than very rudely telling me I can't return if ANY tags, including the tiny clear zip ties are missing! I can TOTALLY understand about the main label tags, but the zip tie, which HAS to be removed to even unzip it is ridiculous! So, in my opinion, they purposely package their products in such a way, that you must remove those clear ties, and their 'policy' ensures you can't possibly return it, leaving you stuck with an unusable pricey bag!

Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I was sent a faulty product. I requested a refund or exchange and sent photos to prove the product is faulty. After a while, they blamed me for the fault and refused to help me. I am very disappointed with them and I won't buy from them again. They lost a loyal customer.

1) They dont deliver
2) Their courier DPD are liars
3) No chat facility as stated on their website
4) Customer services are useless
5) They NEVER reply to emails - unless you are ordering
6) Refunds take minimum of 10 days after they receive them back - and you MUST chase them for it
7) They do not acknowledge return of goods
8) After complaints they have cheek to offer 20% off next order LOL Like you would ever order from them again!
Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague!
Michael - trade in America only the UK does NOT want your lame excuse of a company trading here!!!

I bought the Michael kors sandals at the end of July 2022. Exactly after 6 weeks the straps broke. That’s never expected from a brand like Michael kors. There is no option to upload pictures otherwise I could have uploaded the pictures along with the receipt. I think they should improve the quality of their products. Horrible experience!!!

Never order anything from this company again. I made the first online purchase and after I received it. There is some imperfection of the colour on the handbag. I decided to send 1 of them back for a refund. Almost a month on still no refund.

I placed these orders ( mentioned below) about a month ago. The wrong orders were delivered on both occasions. Despite of making calls and asking for refund I haven’t received any money yet. It’s been a month now.

I bought Men purse from Folsom Ca outlet in May and in Jul, strips were coming out.

I took to store to return they were putting us in spot that you make have mishandled it.

I have ordered a bag from this totally pathetic website which I didnt know of and after complete payment online, they are asking electricity bill and after uploading that they are asking to upload the newest one. Is this for real. Dude I hve ordered a bag not a home. Very bad experience. They have allready taken extra charges for courier and now all those issues. Will never order from this site again.

I have ordered around 15 bags in 2 years predominantly from sale and was surprised when my orders kept getting cancelled after a good couple of months they inform me after a huge amount of enquiries that they have a company that vets sales ,my orders are being automatically cancelled for no reason apart from one of a few reasons they cannot say which
1.I could be money laundering (15 bags in 2 years obviously not very good at it at that volume)
2. They are protecting their brand ?
But apparently I am welcome to visit their stores to purchase obviously won’t be the sale prices!!!
